When it needs an AC power source how is it a wireless cctv camera?
How long do the battery source cameras last? 9v or whatever? I appreciate some good advice on this subject.
“Wireless” refers only to the video signal. Just like a “wireless” phone still needs a wire for power/recharging.
Using only a 9-volt battery, a CCTV cam won’t last long – how long will depend on they type of camera, whether it uses an infrared emitter, whether it is also transmitting audio… There are a few solar powered wireless CCTV cameras.
