Jewelry Solder (Silver)?
Hello, I started making bracelets to sell on the interent. I have everything it takes to start to make them, but unless a welder. Im not sure what I need to fix all the jump rings and clasps together, etc., as I do not know how Watt must be the height or type of welder I need. I looked on Google before and it has all the information on welders flame: S they sound really scary and dangerous. While looking at electric welders and they seem much safer, but apparently you can not use them on money because they can not be hot enough? So I can use an electric drill welding welding jewelry and what type should I? Thank you very much if you can solve this problem.:)
You may be able to use a soft solder with an iron, but the flame is not really worrying or dangerous if you know what you are doing. Find a class to learn how to do it.
