Where to find a DIY workshop in Detroit, Michigan?
I have recently undertaken a DIY project that requires some specialized equpiment. I do not know anyone that has said equipment, so I was wondering if there was a place where I could go(home depot?) that might have this stuff available for use. Thanks!

Electric Sander
Workbench Vise or Drill Press
Clamps
Welding Glue (or tools/materials for welding)
I have all that stuff in my garage except the welding equipment.
