Does anyone know if you can freeze sour cream?
I love him, but everyone in my family is allergic, so instead than losing a bath together just for me, I want to know if I can freeze what I do not use for future use.
I always heard ie not. So I did some research. "You can freeze almost anything, you just can not do that when it thaws. The cream is case. cream breaks down and separates from freezing and thawing. You may move back together, but it will the texture you expect if you put a spoonful to your baked potato or tortilla, or use it in salad dressing or dip. "Tips Freezing more like sour cream causes crops and seeds to grow at a faster pace, it spoils quickly.
