How do you remove the door panel for a ’97 Dodge Ram?
My grandfather had some problems with the lock in the door, so we need to remove the panel. Is there only the torx/hex screw inside the handle part, and the other 3 regular screws on the panel? Or is there some other screws elsewhere?
remove the screws that hold the door handle on then remove the ones that hold the plate on and then just pop it off by getting under it and pulling outwards on it,the clips will release,if they break auto zone sells replacements for them,and some probably will break on you,sounds like you already figured that one out,good luck.
