thermostat isn’t working after i replaced it any Idea’s?

replaced my baseboard thermostat and the heater still don’t work. so i took the heater and wired it in another room i know works..and it worked and i wired it the same way any idea’s? could it be a breaker it’s a LUX thermostat model # LV1011 also has another number LV20048911 and below it 0004B it’s a Double pole. any help or idea’s would be great. Thanks

your old thermostat probably wasn’t broken. you don’t have current running to the thermostat. is it on a separate circuit? if it is check the circuit breaker. if it’s not tripped check the connections in the breaker panel. if the current is connected to other outlets, check the connections to the outlets starting with the closest one to the thermostat. i have had a wire come loose from an outlet connection and all the outlets down the line would not work because it had no current.
