How do I clean the acid out of stainless steel?

I was using the acidic substance to clean debris from the spaces between the tiles the kitchen and I noticed that my refrigerator has some blemishes. I used a towel and water, but that did not work. I also used stainless steel wipes to clean, but neither worked. What should I do?

He etched stainless steel. The only viable solution is to polish the steel back to its original splendor. This requires a fine polishing compound grain. I recommend erring on the side of caution. Any polishing compound will leave swirl marks which must then be polished out. I would start with an automotive polishing compound. The smooth surface of the paint on the car requires a finer grinding grain. If this is not, choose metal polisher increasingly aggressive until you achieve the desired results. Standard "polished stainless steel" just will not do the job, since no is designed to correct the acid etching. Note that once the area has been polished, you have to reverse the process and the use of finer grains until you have removed all the swirl marks and restore the original shine.
