Could fusion of silicon and the drug itself with boron phosphor in the manufacture of solar cells of a solar panel?
I wondering if it is assumed that these resources can be achieved, if in essence could form their own sheets of 2 different types of silicon.
There are a few laboratories universities that are capable of the kind of precision and cleanliness required. . Doped silicon at 0.001% is hopelessly contaminated. Would still be insulating layer of oxide etching windows in it for contacts and ultra vacuum deposition of metal for electrical conduction. About the best I could handle in a lab at home would be a simple diode.
