Swamp Cooler
My swamp cooler runs on HIGH Vent and High Cool but not on LOW Vent or LOW Cool, why is this?
When I turn my swamp cooler control knob to LOW Cool or LOW vent it runs then stips, then it runs then it stops off and on …..It runs fine on any HIGH setting. Why is this happening?
