Place to get historical porch rail and spindles online?
I am redoing a house that is 120 years old. There are some missing porchrails and spindles on the stair way. Where can I get replacements? Is there a companiy that makes this kind of thing?
Look in you area for either a finish carpenter or cabinet maker. If they don’t have time, they will surely hook you up with someone that will. Funny about carpenters, they’re like a big family, and they love what they do. So if one can’t help you, he’ll make sure to send you to someone that can.
