What, besides speed, affects the air resistance on a sky diver?

Are you asking two questions?
Anyhow, answering the first one – I believe air resistance is also dependent on the shape of the object, the cross sectional area of an object and the density of the air/fluid the object is moving in.
To answer the second question: the one falling with a higher speed will encounter greater air resistance.
