Is my knee infected? Take a look at the pic”?

I’ve been cleaning it with peroxide and salt water. I’ve been putting triple antibiotic ointment and a bandage on it. I’ve also put a wet washcloth on it at night for about 20 minutes and then let it air out.
I of course washed it with soap and water and do so every time I take a shower.
It’s been a week since I scrapped it (Feb 5th). Today (and the day the pic was taken is Feb 13th) It hurts. The yellow in the middle is not pus. I’ve been looking on the internet and I think it’s “yellow fibrinous tissue”.
Also I took the pic after I had rinsed it with salt water.
What should I do??

It may be slightly infected, but it looks like it is healing. Keep the antibiotic ointment on it, lose the bandage. Bandages keep wounds wet and make it hard for them to heal. Once you remove the bandage, it can start healing properly. You can lose the peroxide and salt water too. Just use the ointment and lose the bandage.
A bandaged wound will take several times the amount of time to heal as an unbandaged one. Just use the bandage until the bleeding stops, then lose it.
