How can I thicken the cream one?
I just AN-cream ice maker for Christmas and haste used whipping cream in the recipe instead of cream. Is it possible that I can thicken up over the consistency of double cream so that will be better? (I'd rather not repeat as I have to freeze the cartridge for 24 hours!) Thank you. The thing is that I tried that and it did not work … Instructions for the ice cream maker that if it did not set after 40 minutes, it is unlikely.
You not need to thicken it. You can make ice cream "milk. It will be done faster installation (water freezes more than fat). You 'll be fine. Never use any artificial thickener like flour or corn starch.
