Whats a great drum set?
I want to get my fiance a drum set for his wedding present. He is good! He played in the drumline in highschool and was drum captain. I guess what I mean is he knows drums so he is not a novice and I want something that will suit him. Thanks!
The real question is how much money you are willing to spend. A great website where you can look at drums and sort them by price is musiciansfriend.com I bought my last set through them and so did two other drummers I have toured with and they are a good company. A lot of the time they will offer free shipping on items too which is a plus.
I’ve played on or owned: Pearl, Yamaha, Ludwig, Mapex, Sonor, and Tama. Right now I own a tama and a yamaha and I prefer the Tama, I love it.
