Circular saw for use with a CNC router?
I have a CNC router and I was cutting some MDF strips. I am currently using a cutting saw blade which is OK, but ideally I would use a circular saw blade used to because it will reduced by the MOF easier. The problem is all these circular saw blades are normally advertised for use with a table saw or a portable circular saw. Is it OK saw blades for use with a CNC router? Basically what I did is bolt the pin my CNC router side and attached the saw blade with an arbor. Using a cutting saw works very well but I really want to use a circular saw blade instead. I do not see why there should be a problem, but for security reasons I just thought I'd better check.
A router running at 9000 RPM. Saw 1750 rpm. The blade fly apart and kill you if it falls so. SAFETY FIRST idiot.
