Removing cap on Delta ball-type faucet…what tool?
I can’t take off the cap on a Delta ball-type faucet…there’s just no room to fit any tool transverse to it…how the heck would a plumber take it off?…what tool do I need?
If it is the kind of faucet that I am visualizing and it looks like the cap should pop off then use a sharp flat edged screwdriver and pry off the cap and unscrew the screw under the cap. If it is another type that I am also visualizing look under the cap or around the cap and there might be a set screw that you will need to loosen and then pop the handle off.
