How do I remove ‘Security Tool’ virus if I CAN’T download any removal tools?
I have been hit by the ‘security tool’ scam, and I can’t seem to get rid of it. All these sites have been telling me to download MalwareBytes and other programs, but as soon as I try to run the executable, the virus stops it from opening. Yes, I’ve tried renaming it, and no, I don’t have another computer by which to download the program and install it there.
What can I do!?!
Generally, you need to disable security tool before downloading programs to fully clean out your PC.

After you disable it, download and use malwarebytes or other anti-spyware to fully get rid of it.
