My daughter has no complaints, he said, even tho he can not all allergens, in his room, was certainly very useful. I read other reviews on this product, and there were “gray matter, or soot, the resulting product. Well, if this man was a problem, and do not live together with six other girls in the dorm, that the person has a space of life issues that they say.

Smells like coffee.
I have terrible allergies, so I decided to pick one of these up and give it a whirl. Upon plugging it in, I immediately noticed the fresh “ionized” smell of air coming from the device. However, a few hours later, I noticed shades of grey in blotches popping up all over the chassis. It almost looked like water damage. I shrugged it off, and continued to use it. I cleaned it a few days later (i’m not sure what kind of particles this thing is picking up, but it was damn near impossible to get off the filter) with a dry/damp cloth. The filth kept accumulating on the OUTSIDE of the ionizer, and when I picked it up to clean it, my hands were enveloped in a black soot. Of course, just like soot, it got EVERYWHERE. Thanks to the unpredictability of this producty, I now will be shopping for a new couch and carpet for my living room.
However, a few days after that I awoke to find my living room (where the unit is) reeking of week old coffee. It’s literally unbearable. My houseguest who lives in the loft above the living room has yet to come home since the smell.
I would recommend this product to people who like to bathe in filth and dirt. If you’re looking for a product that makes a huge mess by consolidating all the nasty stuff in the air within 10 meters, spend $200 on this.
I think it would be more healthy to simply pile all the money you were going to spend on this, burn it, and inhale it.
