Pullout Faucet
I have a Moen pullout faucet (not sure of model #). It will not turn off. ?
I cannot push the handle down to turn off the water.
Reach under the sink and turn the water off at the knob under there to stop the flow. Sounds like you have stripped out the diverter stem inside of the handle. This is not something that can be fixed but the faucet will have to be replaced. I had awesome luck shopping at http://www.overstock.com and got some beautiful faucets for about 1/4 of the cost I saw them at Lowe’s plus they shipped to me in three days.
