Propane Mapp

What can I use to expand metal to get stubborn bolt out? Mapp/oxygen? Propane/oxygen?
I have a stubborn bolt because I am trying to take out struts. I need to expand the metal, but do not have cutting torch. I know they sell kits that combine two gases like MAPP and Oxygen. Will this get as hot as acetylene and oxygen to get rusty bolt out?
you can go to walmart and buy a mini torch kit it comes with one blue bottle adn a trigger in the top . it will work to heat it up.
