how to choose what you need when painting in Photoshop?
hey I'm a beginner in digital painting and I'm really confused When choosing what I need? how much should I adjust the resolution? What colors should I choose? and the most important thing …. what should I brush choose? i charge of many other lessons painters pro but I got confused since I am only a beginner? mmm hey what are colors complementary?
Your choice of resolution depends on your intended use of the image. If you want to print, you must make at least 300 DPI. If you are only going to use it for web, then 72 PPI is the norm. Your color choices will be determined by the image itself and the feeling that you want the viewer. Different colors evoke different responses. Information about Color Theory will help you know what they are. Brushes are very subjective, very personal choice. The brushes that come with Photoshop are underestimated, in my opinion. There are more brushes included in the program that most users are aware. It is simply that they are not loaded by default. For an additional charge bushes ♦ Select the Brush tool ♦ Click the menu icon for the area of brush. It is located at the top of the canvas in the Options bar ♦ Click the triangle on its side in the upper right corner of the list ♦ At the end of the boom on the list, including additional sets of Brushes are displayed. ♦ Click on the game of your choice, then click the Add button ♦ The additional brushes are now emerging at the end of the regular list. You should also learn about the brush motor. Especially if you have a tablet. The brush motor (Window> Brushes) has dozens of parameters that allow you to make adjustments to any brush so it will behave the way you want. You can set brushes disappear or disperse or to act as if they were loaded with two colors. And this is just the beginning. I find much more useful in achieving the look I'm after rather than downloading someone else's brush. I use downloaded brushes from time to time, but mostly only for specialty.
