I want to paint my house with the Wagner Paint Crew 2800PSI Power Painter? Are they any good to use?
I never used a paint sprayer and I would like to know more how to use it on the house?
number6 is 100% correct. If you’ve never used a sprayer, don’t bother. Your paint job will last MUCH longer if you use the good ol’ brush and roller techniques.
Contractors usually have someone to mask everything off for them, a guy to spray, and a person going behind them and brushing/rolling the coating deeper into the substrate. They’re all trained on how to do it well. If you don’t have these people available to help you when you want to spray, don’t bother. It isn’t anywhere as easy as they make it look in the infomercials or commercials.
And to whomever posted that Wagner is the joke of the industry, they’re also 100% correct. Honestly, it’s an absolute waste of money to buy one. You’ll likely not use it often, they break easily, and are difficult to find replacement parts.
