How Long to Return New Car in Mississippi?
My mom bought a brand new Cobalt Monday and it left her stranded today with only 104 miles on it. The whole electrical system shut down and it would not do anything. I told her it was a piece of junk in the first place and she still chose to buy it. Now she is calling me wanting to know how long does she has to take it back it our state. She is willing to swap it for a Malibau but this same dealer sells Saturan, I think the Aura is a better car.
From what I can see, Mississippi does not have a law. You bought it, You own it.
It does have a lemon law, but you have to go through the process of trying to get it fixed through the dealer. If that isn’t successful, you might be able to get money back through that lemon law.
