Pewter Finish
What is a good price to expect to pay to have a 6ft long S-10 camper top painted pewter to match my truck?
I bought a 6 foot long camper top (truck cap/shell) the other day that fits on my Chevy S-10 truck. The top is really nice and has been spray painted white with probably a spray can, but I want to have it sanded smooth and spray painted to match the color of my S-10 truck which is a tan color that I believe Chevy calls pewter. I live in Indiana. What is a reasonable price to pay to have it spray painted by a body shop or someone to have it the same color and finish as my truck?
Any responses from people that have experience painting cars would be greatly appreciated.
Probably somewhere in the neighborhood of $200-$300 should get you a good job. Partly depends on the cost of the paint you want.
