Penny Savers
When you do penny auctions for screen savers, etc how does ebay and paypal take their cut?
Ebay now has the free listings if your auction is under $1 so it doesnt cost you to list but paypal takes 2.9% of transactions and ebay I believe takes 9%. If you sell an auction that ends at a penny how do they take their %?
lol, I think the accumulation is their best way
