I need some help with limewire [10 bonus points for best answers]!
Okay so i recently go an itouch and the thing is that me and my brother share the same pc computer and so that means that we cant have the sae user accounts, so i made my own and i got my iTunes to work on the geust account which is now mine..okay but the thing is that my geust account “doesnt have certain privlegdes required” to let me download limewire on it so i use the limwire in my brothers account and the only way i know i can get it to my iTunes without putting it on his is if i copy it onto a cd. okay umm now i downloaded two songs (three cheers for five years by mayday parade and my heart in atrophy by carnifex) and i soon wish to download more if i can figure out how to download them onto a blank cd.
so in other words my question is
how to i transferr downloaded songs from limewire to a blank cd?
also did i do anything backwards ?should i have maybe put the lank cd in first thendownloaded the songs off limewire?
please do help me!
If you want to put songs from Limewire onto iTunes you don’t even need to burn them. Just open iTunes, go to file, and click on add file to libary. A box will appear and you can open your limewire folder from there. If you have trouble finding the Limewire folder, go to a song in Limewire and find it’s location. It will tell you exactly what it’s under, for example network – your name – documents – limewire – saved, or something along those lines. Once you find the folder in iTunes, you will have a list of every downloaded song from Limewire. Just click the one you want and it will add it to your iTunes library.
If you just want the songs onto a CD, put a blank CD in your computer and go to start (or applications if you have a Mac) and click on computer (or HD if you have a Mac). There should something that says E drive or something along those lines, and most likely there will be a pic of a CD next to it. Double click on it so that you have a blank window. Next open another window and find your Limewire folder (as mentioned above) and copy the song you want. Then click into the first window and hit paste. You can also drag and drop songs from folder to folder.
