What part of the Korean Constitution mandates Military service?
I am writing a paper on mandatory military service in South Korea and I need to know what part of the Korean Constitution mandates the service? I know the term of service has been changing, so if you have the laws that say how long one must serve, those would be great too. (I know it’s 2 years, I just need a citation for my essay)
Whether or not it is in the constitution it’s legal by law.
I don’t think it’s in the constitution, but its a law.
