HOW do i repair switch on 2-speed electric fan?
This is a Citizen 2-speed fan. Neither of the speed buttons will hold down to operate the fan. Under both of the speed buttons, there is a nylon tab which pushes on a metal tab to complete the circuit. Under the Stop button is a small metal, 5-sided (open envelope shape) plate with a small tab at the peak. How does this plate fit back in to position to allow the other switches to hold in position?
