Do some last longer than others?
What is the best for 96 Tercel?
Iridium- Hardest and most conductive metal, last for an average 120,000 miles.
Platinum- 2nd hardest plug material, very conductive and last an average 100,000 miles.
Copper- Most common used plug material in 97 and below vehicles, last usually 50-65,000 miles.
Resistor plugs are designed to drowned radio interference.
Best option for your vehicle is the copper resistor option or the iridium if you want to spend the money. NGK is the brand you will need to use.
