Non Magnetic
What kind of metal is non magnetic, you can weld to it, but a torch will not cut or melt it.?
The tank has a slight propane odor to it. I think it was maybe a propane fuel cell for a car or maybe a camper.
Austenitic Stainless Steel
It is easily welded, non-magnetic and will not cut using oxy-acetylene torches.
The propane odor is from whatever was in it, most metals generally dont have any real smell.
And the torch will melt the steel, it will just take a while…
