Nickel Brazed
Does anyone have a good idea for the application of alloy braze to steel parts?
The alloy brazes are copper silver and nickel, and they come in liquid form and are being applied to a steel shaft or wheel. Then coated with diamond grit.
An option would be spraying, does anyone have any references to this type of application?
Any suggestions would be welcome.

you can use nickel base braze alloy with 2 ways.
1-slurry process: at this way you need nickel base braze alloy with powder form,you mix braze powder with binder by ratio 12/1 then apply to surface and then to place on vacuum furnace at temperature 1190c and 0.5 hours,you would see surface will be increased.
