Question about different types of body mounts and bushings?
There are several types of body mounts and bushings available in the market. What material would be best in performance and value? For example many body mounts and bushings are being made out of polyurathane, some are made out of Del-a-lum (Global West) and some are made out of billet aluminum (Speed Tech). Which one is best for suspension?
the rubber type will transmit less vibration from the frame to thew body, saving the passengers a smoother ride. the solid metal (billet aluminum) are stronger and will last longer in high stress situations (high torque/ horse power.)
