OKLAHOMA CITY — An Oklahoma man says he is the victim of a reported scam where the con artists are allegedly using the name of a popular jewelry store. Those who are selling it are approaching people in parking lots across the metro and offering them what seems like the buy of the century, but what they’re selling is not the real deal.
