Line Rolling
Rolling pretzel dough to form pretzel is sticking to counter, help?
When I’m rolling the dough into a long skinny line (before wrapping it into a pretzel shape) and after I’ve shaped it (and ready to pick it up) it sticks to my counter. It’s really annoying and makes it really difficult, any suggestions?
(I know adding flour will make it not stick, but doing that also makes it very hard to roll).
Try using wax or parchment paper to line your counter. A quick spray with non-stick cooking spay would also help!
