Can I legally resell a large lot of new brand name girls shirts?
I work at a church and someone has given us a large lot of girls brand name clothing (NEW) – can I legally resell it on ebay, craigs list, without a license
From my understanding there is no licence requirement for a charity to re-sell anything that has been donated to whether its a brand or not. As long as they are not fake you don’t need to worry about it.
