How do i check whether my camera lithium ion battery is alright? i have a Nikon coolpix S5.Its dead since last 1 year now.The expense behind it is too much to et it repaired.But a thought just striked my mind that what if the battery is dead ..How do i check it? is there any way?Please help!
If it doesn’t turn on or charge and you didn’t notice it get damaged in any way, you most likely will need to replace the battery. Then you should call or go to a battery store and see if they’ll let you check and see if replacing the battery fixes the problem. Most places, like Batteries Plus, will let you do this without making you purchase the battery, unless of course, it fixes the problem and you intend on keeping it.
