Inspection Mirror
what do i need to have working to pass inspection?
i have only two mirrors one of my mirrors on my car is hanging on the passanger side. and my service engine light just came on. can i pay some one to get that turned off so i can pass inspection? and what all do i need to pass? or what will make a car NOT pass?
This depends on where you live. But some of the simple things that you can be looking for is safety of the vehicle to pass your inspection. The mirror is not a problem (you only need one mirror to pass inspection in most places) Other things to look at are seat belts, horn, tires in good shape. The light that has come on can mean a lot of things. You should go to a mechanic and get a diagnostic done on it, this will tell you what the problem is. Most times the mechanic can reset these, but not fixing the problem would have this light to go back on shortly. Hope this helps. I would go get a diagnostic done and go from there.
