Is that a laser with an infrared filter still have the ability to burn your retina?
If I had to get a green laser 100 -150 MW which has an infrared filter and obtain laser safety goggles to block the laser light wavelength and color, is there a chance that shorter wavelengths of infrared light that would escape through the filter (1-4nm) can burn my retinas? Am I safe in buying a laser that has an infrared filter and laser as well as the purchase of safety glasses to protect eyes against the green laser and is the wavelength Protection of the Right / It is a green laser diode. You can buy lenses that block infrared 532 nm green light. 150 MW has very little power and light which passes through the filter will probably scatterd light and not be light.however laser I would strongly advise you not to look in the opening with your remaining eye, and also the infrared laser light is particularly dangerous because you can not see and then look away to avoid damage your eyes.
