Preparing a subfloor for laminate?
Hello, I am preparing wood subfloor for laminate in the bedroom. My floor is uneven. It took me eight feet stud and I found that about half inch depression. What is acceptable depression 8 foot stud? How do I fill it? I know that based leveling compound cement is recommended. Can I use something else? For example, some people use sand or construction paper. Thank you
