Hvlp Gravity
Each projection system consists of three essential parts: a compressor to pressurize the paint, a container for the material and a pistol in spread throughout the required surface through the nozzle in a fine mist. The process of painting through the use of compressed gun is very simple. In pressing the trigger, the effect Ventury form, and painting combines compressed air is released into the surface like a fine mist.
Different techniques are used spray paint to paint the surface of a car and all use compressed air pressure or fluid or air discharge and direct the jet. Guns are commonly used for spraying cars. Gravity guns are capable of giving good performance as pistols powered suction, because it uses less air and less weight.
Another method is HVLP or high volume low pressure system. Although close in guns Since compressed air is concerned, the gun operates at low pressure. The effect is that the waste is reduced to a large extent.
A third method uses Low Volume Low Pressure system or LVLP, and improved HVLP paint system. Here the waste still controlled the surface to get more paint. Both the system and HVLP LVLP need high capacity compressors and may not be ideal for everyday use.
In electrostatic spray paint, powder paint is used in this technique. When the paint is released from the gun, there is such way that develops an electrostatic charge and sprayed on the surface of opposite charge. As the paint particles repel another minute, the area covered by the painting is much more than other systems.
It is important to follow safety standards such as the fine paint mist are formed and released into the air.
