Will a 9v output charger charge a 10.8v battery?
I just got my battery for my airsoft gun and charged it with a charger I had for about 4 hours because thats what the intial charge formula said. After it was charged i hooked it up and it fired 1 shot then died. I’m not sure what the problem is can someone tell me?
Formula For intial charge of Batteries: (battery capacity (battery’s mAh rating)/charger output (mA – usually written on the charger)) x 1.4(for NiCad batteries, 1.5 for NiMh batteries) = time (in hours).
it will charge only up to 9V
unless your batteries state differently, the standard charge is 1/C for 10 hours. C= Capacity
