How do people who live or work in high-rise buildings, higher than the water tower, get water?
Since water towers operate on gravity, and this is how the water pressure necessary for running water to occur comes from, how it water pressure achieved for people in high-rises that are higher than the water tower? Is it pumped up to that height, or what?
