Heel Pry

Heel Pry
39 weeks pregnant-anyone else THIS miserable?

I am 39 weeks pregnant today. I have been really miserable for about 3 weeks now.I have been measuring 40 cm for last two weeks. My doc says my baby could very well be 12 pounds. Anyway, is anyone else going through this? I have these stabbing pains in my heels and then almost immediately after if not before it ends, my calf feels like it is on fire from the inside. Then a couple hours ago it started that when I walk it feels like someone has one hand on each side of my pubic bones and trying to pull them apart.(Imagine someone trying to pry open an elevator door.)Then I get these throbbing shooting pains in my lower back while simultaneously having what feels like really bad period cramps.

I’m set to be induced on the 1st of April if I don’t go into labor before then. I just don’t know how much of this I can take. I was induced at 36 weeks with my first son so I didn’t know how bad the end of pregnancy was til now. Is all of this normal for being 39 weeks?

♦ Yeah I was pretty miserable at 39 weeks with my 2nd child. I had all sort of pains, in places you wouldn’t think would hurt.. With my 1st I also only made it to 36 weeks (emergency c-section)
