Is it strange to have different finishes in separate rooms in the same house?
As in our kitchen has brushed nickel hardware, faucet, etc.. But in the bathroom tile has bronze inserts and I feel like oil rubbed bronze fixtures would be better.
Only you can decide what is acceptable in your home! If you want rubbed bronze and can afford it, go ahead and get it. Please do not be influenced by what's in the kitchen – you can not see both at once so it's not all serious. It used to decorate your home to someone who would please buy later – are as you want now. Your taste is as good as theirs, and they are just as likely to agree that the bronze is better in the bathroom to try the same thing. Have the confidence to decide for itself what you want, and go!
