Hand Pop
Has anyone ever had an icon of a hand inside a circle come up when trying to access a website?
Running IE7 on XP Sp3. Trying to access non-secure and a secure site and access is denied. Quick little “hand pop-up” appears.
Help!
I found it! It is being caused by PeoplePC pop-up blocker. The mouse pointer quickly turns to a red hand inside a circle and you get a ba-bleep through the speakers.
