how much does it approximately cost for a modern kitchen in india?
i am renovating my kitchen so i would like to know how much it will approximately cost to have a mordern kitchen,is hafele nice?

I am from south india.
Our new triplex house(3500 sft) is being constructed and the arrangements being made for modern kitchen also. The finishing works are going on.
Our kitchen size is 12 ft by 12ft. It has modular four burner stove with chimney, a 2 and 1/2 ft steel sink, a heavy rack for bulk storage, 24 feet platform having provisions for microwave oven, wet grinder, mixee, toaster, rice cooker etc., small 3ft by 2ft island and a place for double door fridge. It will be furnished completely by wooden racks containing stainless steel partitions inside.It is a open type kitchen attached by a 12ft by 6ft utility room.
According to our consultant, the budget is 2.7lakhs.(min) if we go for a modular one.
It costs nearly 1.8lakhs if we make our own, that is purchasing material and make it with a carpenter.
So, it depends upon three things, 1. modular or made by own, 2. kitchen size and 3. requirements inside the kitchen.
