Granite Kitchen
Is it in style to have a different granite on your kitchen island than counter tops?
Cream-rust -dark brown-black granite on island.
Dark brown/black granite on rest of kitchen counters.
As a plumbing and HVAC contractor, we see this a lot now.
Usually the counter tops have a solid surface like granite or corian.
The island is usually a tile or butcher block.
I put corian in my own kitchen remodel, with a similar style granite tile on the island.
It Looks Great!
