Drill Driver
I’m installing blinds and I need Power drill/drill bits & Phillips driver bit to install drywall screw cheap!?
I am trying to resolve this situation most INEXPENSIVELY; for I will not have a need in the near future to install window blinds, based on the fact that I have never had a need to do this in the past?! Help?!!! Egadz! I need to find the best & most inexpensive place to go to resolve this matter for my own physical privacy! Thanks! 
You can go to a home center and pick up a cheap drill for around $30 US, and a bit holder and package of tips for around $5. If you have neighbors you are friendly with, you may be able to borrow one. All of my neighbors own drills (I have 2 cordless and 3 electric). Hope this helps.
