What does “acquiring more funds”, “devaluation of Peso”, “liberalization of import restraints” and “tightening of domestic credit” means?

1) More pesos to buy foreign currencies, usually done by money supply increase directly or via lower interest rates
2) Lower tarriffs and less retsrictions on how much and what can enter the country
3) tightening of domestic credit is usually an increase in lending regulations from regulated banks or an increase in interest rates
I don’t know what acquiring more funds means, that doesn’t seem to be a complete thought regarding the rest of the government alactions you are talking about as displayed
