pocket placement lacrosse?
What is the best place to put a pocket on a lacrosse defense head (in the middle of the head, mid-high, down? Im a defensive player and im getting a custom strung STX Xcalibur head with a Canadian, traditional pocket drive, pocket hard coating uruthane, or 10 diamonds High tenacity pocket drive) also what is the best type of those bags I just went over?
It is personal preference. I use a small pocket but other pole of my team are using a large or mid pocket. Regarding the best will, more is better for a quicker release, something that you really do not need as a pole. Press release half a moderately rapid, and Small pockets have the lowest release all but give the most natural whithout keep having to do anything with your shooting strings. Whatever you like to play with what you should get.
